How can I view my visit history and how can I report a COVID-19 contamination?

• Start the WELYNQ application,
• Select Visit history from the menu
• You wioll see a list of visited locations, (Location name, address, date of visit and COVID-19 status)
• To report a COVID-19 contamination select the visited locations durig the period of your contamination risc.
• Select the button “Report a contamination” and confirm your report.
